As a mental health counselor, I have a passion for empowering individuals to explore their needs and challenges by recognizing their inner strength and learning how to successfully use it. I will assist you in building skills while providing a safe and secure place for your growth.

I utilize a diverse approach to therapy to ensure that my clients receive treatment based on your individual needs including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Meditation. I have experience in working in a variety of settings including foster care, schools, community locations and home-based settings. I specialize in a wide range of diagnosis including but not limited to trauma, personality disorders, gender disorders, psychotic disorders, attachment, anxiety and depression.

Change is pivotal in life. However, many of us struggle with change because of consistent cycles of disruptive behaviors and unhealthy relationship patterns. As a mental health counselor, I want to encourage you to explore and challenge harmful beliefs, then replace them with a more a positive and healthier outlook on life and its inevitable challenges.
